First thing to do is check out and down load TeamViewer. TeamViewer establishes connections to any PC or server all around the world within just a few seconds. I can remote control your PC as if I were sitting right in front of it with you. Below is a link to the teamviewer site.

Once you are on the teamviewer site, find the "start full versoin - its free!" button and click on it. Select run or save. If saving, try to save it to your desktop. If you selected "run" , it will download and ask again if you want to "run" this program. select "run".
The Teamviewer set up will now ask you if you want to install or run. You want to select install then click next. In the next window, it will ask "how you want to use teamviewer. Select "personal/non-commercial, then select "next".Accept the "license agreement" and click "next".
you should see a teamviewer icon on your desktop. When you are ready to get started, send me a yahoo messege (Racingbear205) and we can set a time to fix your pc!
What I do
I have several free programs that i download to your pc to clean it up as well as remove viruses, trojans & malware. I teach you how to use these programs once i have your pc runing smooth so you can maintain your pc and keep it running at top speed.
What I charge
I charge $20.00 for the first hour I am in your pc. I ask that you pay that amount up front. Once I receive that, I begin work. After the first hour, I charge $10.00 for each additional hour that is payable after I finish. It typically takes 2 - 4 hours to do everything I need to do depending on how bad your pc is.
Payments can be made through paypal. Just click on the "pay now" button to get started.
